Pedagogical guide for educator
The aim of this exercise is for AAWID to learn how to make safe use of the Internet and learn about the unknown dangers that might exist.
Preparation/equipment needed:
You have to provide a computer/tablet for each participant to practice.
Provide a red and green post-it per participant.
Activity 1: Safe use of the internet
In this exercise we aim to teach AAWID how to be safe on the internet (privacy settings, …), learn what to do or not to do when meeting someone new on the internet and which personal information can or cannot be uploaded on the internet.
Activity 2: Golden rules about internet safety.
This activity is to help AAWID to reflect on the disadvantages of the Internet and the importance of using the Internet safely.
